Thomas James Kenny (born July 13, 1962) is an American actor and comedian. He has been voicing the titular character in SpongeBob SquarePants and associated media since its debut in 1999. Kenny has voiced many other characters, including Heffer Wolfe in Rocko's Modern Life, the Ice King in Adventure Time and its spinoff Fionna and Cake, the Narrator and Mayor in The Powerpuff Girls, Carl Chryniszzswics in Johnny Bravo, Dog in CatDog, Starscream in Transformers: Animated, Hank and Jeremy in Talking Tom and Friends, The Penguin in various animated media based on DC Comics, and Spyro from the Spyro video game series. His live action work includes the comedy variety shows The Edge and Mr. Show. Kenny's accolades include two Daytime Emmy Awards and two Annie Awards for his voice work as SpongeBob SquarePants and the Ice King. He is married to Jill Talley, who plays Karen on SpongeBob SquarePants, with two children.

Agent 007 James Bond has been assigned a new mission, to rescue the ever-beloved member and fine four bender friend of the Potts family, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang from the evil new Baron and Baroness Bomburst who are planning to turn Chitty into weapon that will spray a deadly gas that not only will kill all the children in the world but will also make every adult sterile so that no child will ever exist .The M16 agency was hired by Truly Potts, named after her great-great-grandmother, Truly Scrumptious-Potts and has a three old daughter from a previous marriage. She fears that Chitty is in danger since he's been her family for many generations. James Bond, knowing that he'll never turn down a beautiful lady, agrees to accept the mission. The Baroness, although she is married to the Baron, has her sight set on 007 and will want him as her personal plaything. Of course, James actually does have some moral standards, he will never sleep with a married woman nor with a woman who hates children, and the Baroness is both. James will also have deal with their hench man, The Child Catcher.
