Spider-Man manages to defeat Vulture, Lizard, Mysterio and Carnage with the help of Black Cat, who's had a change of heart due to her fondness of both Spider-Man and Peter Parker. Spider-Man had made a serum to cure Connors when he and Connors' family learn that Connors is the Lizard. He injects it onto him, curing him.
