Joshua Safdie (born April 3, 1984) and Benjamin Safdie (born February 24, 1986) are American independent filmmakers based in New York City, who frequently collaborate on their films. They are best known for writing and directing the 2017 film Good Time and the 2019 film Uncut Gems.
A sleepless office worker, fed up with his life, crosses paths with a peculiar salesman. Both create an underground fight club as a form of therapy and, little by little, the organization grows and its objectives take another direction.
