Sali Mali is a popular Welsh children's book and television character, first created by author Mary Vaughan Jones and illustrated by Rowena Wyn Jones in 1969. Many Welsh-speaking children learnt to read by reading Sali Mali books.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
