Viviana is one of the 4 core Vi and Va! characters. The older sister of Valentina and cousin to Felicia and Roxxi, Viviana is a musical fashion designer who loves to entertain her family with her songs.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
