Younghee Byeol is the main antagonist of Aurora Borealis and Company. She is the lead singer of the Soviet Villains, and Aurora's rival. She is known for using her looks to get her way and often having men fawn over her.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
