Mr. Antonio Carburettor is a main character from Roary the Racing Car. He is the owner, CEO, and manager of the Silver Hatch race track. His mother is Mamma Mia and his father is unknown.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
