Patrick "Pat" Mustard is the main antagonist of the Father Ted episode "Speed 3". He serves as Craggy Island's milkman, and also has an addiction to "delivering more than milk on his rounds". He was portrayed by the late Pat Laffan.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
