Zizzy is a pink and purple French rally car who is very bubbly and friendly, and is number 3. She's also Roary and Trucksy's best friend. She's also a hybrid car that runs on oil, solar energy (which can be seen atop her roof), and electric energy.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
