Cookie was one of the original three Cutie Pops. Despite her initial popularity and showing she's recieved since release, she has only been featured in one doll, while the others of the original line at least had two dolls.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
