Wendy is the deuteragonist, Bob's business partner and love interest who runs the office and keeps the business in order, and often organizes tools and equipment. She is also seen doing construction work in many episodes.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
