Marsha is the main marshall at Silver Hatch. She makes sure everything runs smoothly at Silver Hatch for Mr. Carburettor. Zippee, her scooter, takes her everywhere she needs to go.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
