Moira Rose is the dramatic matriarch of the Rose family and a soap opera star, who takes an interest in civics after moving to Schitt's Creek. She is a main character on Schitt's Creek.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
