Ric Rawls, secretly known as Alpha One, is the main antagonist of the animated series, 100% Wolf: Legend of the Moonstone.
Ric is the former second-in-command of the Night Patrol and the leader of the Wilderwolves.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
