Chariot Lupin is one of the supporting antagonists of the 2020 film, 100% Wolf and a recurring character of the animated series, 100% Wolf: Legend of the Moonstone.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
