Nicole "Nikki" O'Neill is a major character introduced in 1996 as a Skipper sized friend, and then rereleased in 2006 to replace Christie and was Barbie's main black friend until 2021, with Brooklyn's introduction. Nikki still appears in most media.
This has been done before so I'm definitely not the first one to do this but I've wanted to sort my faves into their nationalities of their home country. Also I'm not counting race so please a character based on their canon nationality and not their race.
