Suel (スエル, Sueru) is the main antagonist of Kamen Rider Geats. He was the founder and executive producer of the Desire Grand Prix who also revived the Desire Royale. He transformed into the second Kamen Rider Gazer (仮面ライダーゲイザー, Kamen Raidā Geizā)[1][2] and later Kamen Rider Regad Omega (仮面ライダーリガドΩオメガ, Kamen Raidā Rigado Omega).
