Howard "Howie" Vance (born. January, the 10th 1983) is a talent agent, the main PR manager of J-Trixx, the official representative of Shockwave Music Group Records. Physical appearance Howard is a young man (around 28-30 years old), of average height, with an extremely neat and corporate appearance, but adapted to the urban culture of New York. He has short brown hair, neatly cut and impeccably arranged with gel, and brown eyes. He always wears thin black-framed glasses, which give him an air of business genius. His usual attire consists of a casual slim-fit suit (no tie), white shirts with open collars, a state-of-the-art smartwatch on his wrist and a Bluetooth headset practically glued to his ear. Personality Howard is the definition of a hyperactive, calculating and workaholic. He is extremely intelligent, speaks incredibly fast and is able to negotiate an advertising contract while ordering a coffee and deleting a negative comment on Twitter. He has a rather cynical sense of humor and is prone to mild panic attacks whenever Jake or Michael (Goldspeed) decide to do something "wrong" in public or during missions. Although he constantly complains about the impulsive style of Jake's crew, Howard is fiercely loyal. He doesn't see Jake simply as a source of profit, but as a close friend whom he wants to protect from the sharks of the music industry. His hidden motto is: "I control the chaos, you make the music." Abilities and Role in the Team Management and PR Genius: He can turn any image disaster into a successful marketing campaign. Contract Navigator: He has "flawless" administrative logic in business, being the only one capable of reading a 500-page contract in ten minutes and finding the trap clauses. Influence Network: He has direct contacts with all the major artists and major streaming platforms in North America and Europe. Secret Keeping: Although he has no supernatural powers and does not participate in physical fights (he leaves those to Dennis or Sally), Howard is partially aware that the Justice Avengers team is doing "night work". His role is to create official alibis for Jake and Michael when they are missing shows or concerts because they are saving Manhattan. His favorite music is exactly Hip Hop/Rap and R&B, which is why he insisted that the song "One Night" with Clara Nightingale be released exactly in the version composed by Jake.
