Kerberos (ケルベロス, Keruberosu) is the strongest Undead in existence, first appearing in Kamen Rider Blade. Developed by BOARD chairman Hiroshi Tennoji, the Kerberos Undead is an artificial life-form with the combined data of all 53 original Undeads, proving a significant threat for the Kamen Riders.
