Kekera (ケケラ) is an audience member of the Desire Grand Prix and Keiwa Sakurai's supporter who transforms into Kamen Rider Kekera (仮面ライダーケケラ, Kamen Raidā Kekera). Later on, he is given a Black Raise Riser Card from Zitt to become Premium Kekera (プレミアムケケラ, Puremiamu Kekera).
