Satan (サタン Satan?) is one of the main antagonists of the Lords of Shadow series (along with Zobek), as well as the archnemesis of Gabriel Belmont/Dracula. Satan is also the name of the Devil in Christianity. He is the fallen archangel Lucifer, who was cast out of Heaven and onto Hell as punishment for leading the revolt of the angels and attempting to become equal to or greater than God.
