Retsu Fukami (深見 レツ Fukami Retsu) is GekiBlue (ゲキブルー Geki Burū) of the Gekirangers. He is an employee of SCRTC and a Fierce Beast Jaguar-Fist (激獣ジャガー拳 Gekijū Jagāken) practitioner. His mecha are GekiJaguar and GekiBat. His Power Rangers: Jungle Fury counterpart is Theo Martin, the Blue Jungle Fury Ranger.
