Matoi Tatsumi (巽 纏 Tatsumi Matoi) is GoRed (ゴーレッド Gō Reddo), the eldest son and the leader of the team. He is the Captain of the Capital Fire Department Rescue Squad. His mecha are 99Machine Red Ladder, GoLiner1, and Red Mars 1. His Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue counterpart is Carter Grayson/Red Lightspeed Ranger.
