Mr. Owl is Franklin's teacher and a great horned owl. Mr. Owl is usually only seen teaching Franklin and his friends in his class in Woodland, though occasionally makes other appearances. He is voiced by James Rankin in the original series and John Stocker in Franklin and Friends.
