Finland (フィンランド, Finrando) is a supporting character in the series Hetalia. He is the personification of Finland. In 2007, Himaruya gave human names to some of the characters and he received the name Tino Väinämöinen (ティノ・ヴァイナマイネン, Tino Vainamainen).
