Dotti Glitterbow a member of the Sparkles. She is a main character in the miniseries and is an NPC in Sparkles: Fairy Life. She also makes a small appearance in the rebirth menu in Sparkles Magical Market Tycoon, GIPHY stickers, and concept art. She is party themed and runs a gift delivery van.
