Anna Popplewell (born 16 December 1988) is a private British actress best known for playing an iconic character of Susan Pevensie in The Chronicles of Narnia. Accompanied by her large, steady Saint Bernard, she makes the journey to visit Newborough in Anglesey to visit her cousin Ben, who was born in North Wales on 1 June 1996. She deliberately kept her personal life and her cousin's identity completely private, ensuring that their quiet slice of Welsh village remained theirs alone, a peaceful haven built on family, trust, and a lifelong friendship.
