Barem Bridge is a Devil-human Hybrid who merged with the Flamethrower Devil and serves as a minor antagonist in the Control Devil arc, where he faces the Chainsaw Devil. He later returns in the Academy Saga as a major antagonist, serving as the main antagonist of the Chainsaw Man Church arc and a supporting antagonist in the Aging Devil arc. As the second-in-command of the Chainsaw Man Church, Barem aims to continue Makima's legacy by ruining Denji's life while working with Fami to prevent the Death Devil from destroying all of mankind.
