The overarching hero of the Redwall novel series by Brian Jacques, and also the protagonist of the books "Mossflower" and "Martin the Warrior" (hence the need to distinguish that this is the character we're talking about.) Martin was the co-founder and protector of Redwall Abbey. Even after his death, his spirit occasionally appears to Abbeydwellers when they're in dire need.
