Marion Hawthorne is the main antagonist of the 1964 novel Harriet the Spy by Louise Fitzhugh, the 1996 movie of the same name and the 2010 TV movie adaptation Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars.
Might've been a random sequel/spin-off to What Will Fictional Characters Be For Halloween? but the roles are costumes and the suggestions are just characters.
