Iridessa is one of the main characters in the Disney Fairies franchise. She is a dark-skinned talented light fairy and is the first to talk discomfort about Tinker Bell not wanting to accept her job as a tinker.
Might've been a random sequel/spin-off to What Will Fictional Characters Be For Halloween? but the roles are costumes and the suggestions are just characters.
