First appeared in The American Way #2 in 2006 and was created by John Ridley and Georges Jeanty. Jason Fisher was a Howard graduate and former U.S. Army paratrooper who became the first black member of the Civil Defense Corps (CDC). His powers are superhuman strength and invulnerability, although he still feels pain.
