Signalman (シグナルマン Shigunaruman) is an intergalactic officer from Planet Police who was assigned to Earth, and something of a Sixth Ranger figure to the Carrangers. His mecha is Sirender and his Power Rangers Turbo counterpart is Blue Senturion.
