First appeared in Suicide Squad #1 in 1987 and was created by John Ostrander and Luke McDonnell. Raza Kattuah was the leader of the super-powered team known as Jihad (later Onslaught) and an enemy of the Suicide Squad. He fights with the Psi-Scimitar, a flaming blade of energy.
