Lucy teaches Flying Magic, just about the most important skill for any fairy to have. If a fairy can't fly, she's just a tiny girl with wings! Her wand emits a brilliant stream of sparkling white stars. Lucy is a no-nonsense drill sergeant when it comes to flying class, and she'll temporarily ground anyone who isn't paying attention, or is flying too recklessly. She and Ruby love to dazzle the others with their daring airborne acrobatics.
