Jeffrey "Jeff" Dexter Boomhauer III, universally referred to as Boomhauer, is a longtime friend, and the Neighbor of Hank Hill, Dale Gribble and Bill Dauterive. He is best known for his long-winded, fast-paced speech. He is voiced by series creator Mike Judge.
