Hellen is a companion who may arrive as a random door encounter when the player is at home. She starts at level 3, and her class is listed as Maniac. She starts equipped with a Cleaver, and the Hockey Helmet, which cannot be removed. She was a gardener prior to the events of the game, and claims her cleaver is a gardening knife. After she interacts with the Rat Child three times in events, Hellen will swap her mask to one made from paper.
