Alan Powers – commonly known as "The Brain" (particularly prior to Season 8) or simply "Brain" – is a student in Mr. Ratburn's third-grade class at Lakewood Elementary School. He is in Mr. Ratburn's class again for fourth grade.
I know there's a few of these but none of them seemed particularly well-organized, so I'm taking a crack at it. Costumes these characters canonically wore is strongly preferred but ig I can't really stop you if you add headcanons.
