Zoe is a 3-year-old orange female monster on Sesame Street, She was designed in her color to complement Elmo, who was gaining popularity at her introduction in 1993. Zoe speaks with a Brooklyn accent and uses her iconic laugh.
I know there's a few of these but none of them seemed particularly well-organized, so I'm taking a crack at it. Costumes these characters canonically wore is strongly preferred but ig I can't really stop you if you add headcanons.
