Kessie is the adoptive daughter of Rabbit and a main character in the Winnie the Pooh franchise. She is a bluebird who was first introduced in The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and was a main character in The Book of Pooh.
I know there's a few of these but none of them seemed particularly well-organized, so I'm taking a crack at it. Costumes these characters canonically wore is strongly preferred but ig I can't really stop you if you add headcanons.
