One of the main antagonists of the animataed film Raggedy Ann & Andy: A Musical Adventure. Koo Koo is a diminutive king who resents his small size. Parts of his body inflate to a large size whenever he laughs, so he plans to subject the heroes to comic abuse to make him laugh until he grows enormous.
