The main antagonist of the 2013 animated film "Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return." Voiced by Martin Short, the Jester is the younger brother of the late Wicked Witch of the West. When the Jester was a kid, the Wicked Witch put a curse on him to give him a jester costume that he can never take off so that no one would ever take him seriously. She did this in order to prevent him from becoming more powerful than her. He now seeks to prove himself as a credible threat by taking over Oz.
