Joey, real name Ana Lucia Cruz, is the main protagonist of the 2024 horror film Abigail. A former Army Medic, Joey's medical expertise gives her a knowledge base she uses to great effect through the film. Her wartime experience also means "she has some skills with weapons and she's trained in hand-to-hand combat." Joey is a no-nonsense character who is there to finish the job and be reunited with her son.
