Toma Yoimachi (宵町 透真 Yoimachi Tōma) is Lupin Blue (ルパンブルー RupanBurū), the Blue Ranger of the Lupinrangers. He is 23 years old (24 as of episode 49) and works part-time as a chef at the Bistrot Jurer restaurant.
