A Werewolf is a human with the ability to transform into a wolf-like creature on the night of the full moon, often after being placed under a curse through the bite or scratch of another werewolf.
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
