Scuttle is a supporting character in Disney's 1989 animated film, The Little Mermaid. He is an eccentric seagull and self-proclaimed expert on human stuff.
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
