Perry the Platypus, or Platyborg, is the former general of Heinz Doofenshmirtz's army of Norm Bots, and the 2nd Dimension counterpart of Perry the Platypus. He is the secondary antagonist of Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension.
