Woeful (voiced by Jimmy Hibbert in the UK and David Berni in the US) is a monkey who wears a red fez and coat. He often acts, and speaks, without thinking.
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
