The Bandar-log, or Monkey People, are minor antagonists in Disney's The Jungle Book. They roam the ruins of an ancient city, and are ruled by King Louie.
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
