Mrs. Koala is Blinky's mother. She wears glasses, a pink dress and a hair curler. In the episode Blinky Bill's Wedding Picnic, she married Nutsy's Father and she becomes Nutsy's mother.
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
